We have been receiving complaints about our contact information. We would like to take the time to remind our customers that we did update our phone number at the beginning of the year. Our current phone number is 704-934-0015. If you have any other phone number for us please update our contact information.
With the upcoming holiday just around the corner, we wanted to remind our customers that we are open. We will be on our regular schedule Monday through Wednesday, Closed Thursday with the exception of emergencies, and Friday will also be a regular service day. A few of our technicians will be out of town for Thanksgiving, this may lead to longer wait times as we try our best to accommodate everyone. If you reach our voicemail during this time, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible. Please note, there will be no projects or estimates scheduled this week. We will return to our normal schedule on Monday, December 2nd.
Just an announcement about next week for our company. Sept 30th – Oct 4th is a vacation week.
What does this mean?
- Half of our crew is on vacation.
- Projects and estimates will not be scheduled for this week. We will be scheduling for the week of Oct 7th.
- Emergency and small repair jobs will be taken and done as needed.
- If there is no answer, please leave a voicemail. We will return your call as soon as possible.
- Our Accounting department is closed during this time. Crissie will follow up with everyone when she is back in the office.
We will resume business as normal the 7th of October.

We have had reports this morning of people not being able to get through. I think Spectrum may be having issues. If we happen to be on the phone, it seems that callers are being told their call can not go through instead of getting our voicemail.

Our office is looking for some help. We need an assistant to help in the office with minor paperwork, data entry, scheduling jobs and answering the phones.
This person would also be responsible for posting to our social media and website weekly. This job is pretty flexible and would be Monday – Wednesday, 8 – 4 and Thursday, 8 -2. The hours could change and expand over time. Starting pay is $8.75 hr. We would train you. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Paper Port & WordPress a bonus, but not necessary. If you’re a fast learner or prove to be an asset to us, we’re happy to compensate for it.
As we make way starting another chapter in our business, and it’s demands grow, so could your position with our company. The hours of the job as well as the job tasks could change and increase. The pay rate would also rise. We could see someone eventually making $12.00 hr as soon as next year.

Hello folks! Due to mother nature, our office is closed today. Hopefully the snow will stop and temperatures will warm up so we can take care of you tomorrow. Unfortunately, our work trucks do not do well in the snow and ice. And other drivers are out there also. Sometimes accidents just happen. Due to past experiences, we just do not run our trucks when the roads are bad. It’s just not worth the risk to our employees or our equipment.
