Just wanted everyone to know that we are still working. If you have a need for our service and are alright with having us come to your home, we are happy to take care of your needs.
If your plumbing problem is outside, there is absolutely no reason to wait to call for service. The only things we are trying to avoid is being inside homes with a large number of occupants to do a repair for something cosmetic. Otherwise, if you have a plumbing need that should be taken care of, you should feel free to call us and we will help as soon as we can.
We are working still and servicing those customers with urgent repair needs. We will do so until we are told not to. We are asking that you be understanding and know that anything non-urgent may be waiting as we try to avoid any unnecessary contact. Customers with immediate repair needs will be accommodated.
We are being as proactive as we are able and sanitizing items as we can. We are asking that customers notify us of any illness in their home, as well as not hover around our technicians. Keep your DISTANCE. We do not want to come to your home if you or someone inside your home is sick. We place ourselves at risk each time we enter a customer’s home. Please protect us as well as yourselves..
Currently, we are asking that all residential customers pay with a credit card if possible, when payment is due. As a precaution, we are trying not to take anything from your home when we leave. If you need to pay cash, it needs to be placed in a sealed plastic bag, so that it can be sanitized at a later time. You most likely will need to have correct change as we are not carrying cash in any of our trucks at this time. We are not accepting checks at this time.

With Christmas being next week, we would like to take the time to remind everyone we are open for business. Monday will be a normal business day. Tuesday, Christmas Eve, our office is open from 8am – 12pm. We will be only taking emergency calls on Christmas Eve after 12pm. We are closed on Christmas day with the exception of emergencies. With the upcoming holiday just around the corner, we wanted to remind our customers that we are open.
