This is a notice for all of our customers.
We are working still and servicing those customers with urgent repair needs. We will do so until we are told not to. We are asking that you be understanding and know that anything non-urgent may be waiting as we try to avoid any unnecessary contact. Customers with immediate repair needs will be accommodated.
We are being as proactive as we are able and sanitizing items as we can. We are asking that customers notify us of any illness in their home, as well as not hover around our technicians. Keep your DISTANCE. We do not want to come to your home if you or someone inside your home is sick. We place ourselves at risk each time we enter a customer’s home. Please protect us as well as yourselves..
Currently, we are asking that all residential customers pay with a credit card if possible, when payment is due. As a precaution, we are trying not to take anything from your home when we leave. If you need to pay cash, it needs to be placed in a sealed plastic bag, so that it can be sanitized at a later time. You most likely will need to have correct change as we are not carrying cash in any of our trucks at this time. We are not accepting checks at this time.
