It’s Vacation Time!!

Just an announcement about next week for our company. Sept 30th – Oct 4th is a vacation week.

What does this mean?

  • Half of our crew is on vacation.
  • Projects and estimates will not be scheduled for this week. We will be scheduling for the week of Oct 7th.
  • Emergency and small repair jobs will be taken and done as needed.
  • If there is no answer, please leave a voicemail. We will return your call as soon as possible.
  • Our Accounting department is closed during this time. Crissie will follow up with everyone when she is back in the office.

We will resume business as normal the 7th of October.

July 4th Hours


Our office will close at 12:00 PM on Wednesday July 3rd and will re-open at 8:00 AM on Friday July 5th.

If you have any after hour emergencies, please call our office at 704-934-0015 and leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. All Non-urgent calls will have calls returned on Friday.

Phone Troubles?

We have had reports this morning of people not being able to get through. I think Spectrum may be having issues. If we happen to be on the phone, it seems that callers are being told their call can not go through instead of getting our voicemail.

If you call, and happen to get a message saying your call can not go through, please keep trying.

Easter Holiday Hours

Hi All!, Just a heads up.

Our Easter holiday hours for the office are as follows:

Good Friday 4/19/19 – 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday – Closed as usual
Monday 4/22/19 – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm as usual

As always, if you have a true emergency, please call and leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible.

All messages left for non-urgent matters will be addressed on Monday 4/22/19.

Must have VALID NC Driver’s License. With clean driving record.
Must have a clean criminal background.
Must be willing to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule, if you want to move up from helper in the future.
You must have transportation to and from work.
Service and repair experience is a plus for Plumber’s Helper position, not required.
Holidays, Vacation, Sick time offered after 90 day trial period.

Office Help Wanted

Our office is looking for some help. We need an assistant to help in the office with minor paperwork, data entry, scheduling jobs and answering the phones.
This person would also be responsible for posting to our social media and website weekly. This job is pretty flexible and would be Monday – Wednesday, 8 – 4 and Thursday, 8 -2. The hours could change and expand over time. Starting pay is $8.75 hr. We would train you. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Paper Port & WordPress a bonus, but not necessary. If you’re a fast learner or prove to be an asset to us, we’re happy to compensate for it.

As we make way starting another chapter in our business, and it’s demands grow, so could your position with our company. The hours of the job as well as the job tasks could change and increase. The pay rate would also rise. We could see someone eventually making $12.00 hr as soon as next year.

Hello folks! Due to mother nature, our office is closed today. Hopefully the snow will stop and temperatures will warm up so we can take care of you tomorrow. Unfortunately, our work trucks do not do well in the snow and ice. And other drivers are out there also. Sometimes accidents just happen. Due to past experiences, we just do not run our trucks when the roads are bad. It’s just not worth the  risk to our employees or our equipment.
