Our office is looking for some help. We need an assistant to help in the office with minor paperwork, data entry, scheduling jobs and answering the phones.
This person would also be responsible for posting to our social media and website weekly. This job is pretty flexible and would be Monday – Wednesday, 8 – 4 and Thursday, 8 -2. The hours could change and expand over time. Starting pay is $8.75 hr. We would train you. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Paper Port & WordPress a bonus, but not necessary. If you’re a fast learner or prove to be an asset to us, we’re happy to compensate for it.
As we make way starting another chapter in our business, and it’s demands grow, so could your position with our company. The hours of the job as well as the job tasks could change and increase. The pay rate would also rise. We could see someone eventually making $12.00 hr as soon as next year.
