We need to remain closed Tuesday 2/3/2026 as well. Not enough melting happened yesterday to allow our trucks to safely traverse most side roads to be able to get to your homes and businesses.
We apologize for this inconvenience and we will return to normal operations as soon as we are able.
While we wish we had better news, we need to announce that our office will be closed today . We had some phenomenal snowfall over the weekend.
We should see a high of near 40° today and that should lead to significant melting. Prayers that this clears up the roadways.

PLEASE NOTE: Pressing #1 for an emergency, will not get you service today. It is unfortunate, but our trucks are grounded today and will not be on the roads.
We hope to open with delayed, if not normal hours tomorrow, Wednesday 2/4/2026. We will keep you updated if this decision changes.

Due to the current road conditions, our office was closed yesterday and our trucks could not perform any plumbing service.
Today we are going to try a 3 hour delay. Our office will open at 11:00 AM. We will try to get to locations in need that the road conditions will allow us to get to. OUR OFFICE WILL ALSO BE CLOSED DUE TO ROAD CONDITIONS. Hopefully, we will see significant melting today so that we can service everyone tomorrow. Unfortunately, the side roads are preventing us from getting to most locations.

True emergencies consist of the following:
Main Sewer Line Back-up, resulting in you not being able to use your facilities.
A clogged toilet, but only if it is the only one in your home.
A bad water leak inside your home, which has resulted in your water being shut off.
No Hot Water, is NOT considered an emergency.
All other plumbing issues, may be an inconvenience, but are not an emergency.

Due to the onslaught of heavy rain that Tropical Storm Debby is bringing to our area, we are making the preemptive decision to close our office today Thursday August 8, 2024. We plan to do our part and stay off the roads in light of this torrential rain. No reason to place our employees, equipment and others at risk. Flooding and power outages are to be expected.
We will be accepting calls for Emergency Services ONLY. This means if you are unable to use your bathroom facilities, or have an interior uncontained water leak, and the water is unable to be shut off.
All non-emergent calls will be scheduled for Friday or next week. We do hope that you understand.
We also hope that you and your families remain safe.
