Due to the current road conditions, our office was closed yesterday and our trucks could not perform any plumbing service.

Today we are going to try a 3 hour delay. Our office will open at 11:00 AM. We will try to get to locations in need that the road conditions will allow us to get to. OUR OFFICE WILL ALSO BE CLOSED DUE TO ROAD CONDITIONS. Hopefully, we will see significant melting today so that we can service everyone tomorrow. Unfortunately, the side roads are preventing us from getting to most locations.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We do not want to place our employees, trucks or equipment at risk.

Job Description

Our company is looking to fill the position for a Service Plumber or Project Lead.
Must have VALID NC Driver’s License. With clean driving record.
Must have a clean criminal background.
Must be willing to work nights and weekends on a rotating “On-Call” schedule, if you want to move up from helper in the future.
You must have transportation to and from work.
5 years service and repair experience is a plus for Service Plumber or Project Plumber position is a plus, 3 years experience is required.
Holidays, Vacation, Sick time offered after 90 day trial period. Health insurance is also offered.

Office Closed – January 22, 2025

Our company is trying to be proactive, and keep our employees and family safe.
We had a snowstorm in Rowan County and the surrounding area on Tuesday January 21, 2025.

Our office will be CLOSED today.
Some scheduling changes will have to be made. Some jobs, may have to wait until Monday or Tuesday next week. We will do our best to accommodate those in need as best we can, and handle any emergencies if at all possible. We will be checking messages regularly.

Limited Office Hours 1/10/2025

The National Weather Service is calling for a snowstorm to hit our region on Friday January 10, 2025.


In the case of inclement weather, the office will be operating remotely and possibly on limited hours.

2 Hour Delay

Good morning.
Our office is currently without power. If you call for service, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE. We will return your call as soon as we are able to.
If you have an emergency, we will try to service you today. If you do not have an emergency, next week’s schedule is filling up quickly. We will fit you in where we can.
We do apologize for any inconvenience. This is a Major Storm system and we can’t control the outcome and what it is allowing us to be able to do.

True emergencies consist of the following:
Main Sewer Line Back-up, resulting in you not being able to use your facilities.
A clogged toilet, but only if it is the only one in your home.
A bad water leak inside your home, which has resulted in your water being shut off.
No Hot Water, is NOT considered an emergency.
All other plumbing issues, may be an inconvenience, but are not an emergency.

Tropical Storm Debby Closing

Due to the onslaught of heavy rain that Tropical Storm Debby is bringing to our area, we are making the preemptive decision to close our office today Thursday August 8, 2024. We plan to do our part and stay off the roads in light of this torrential rain. No reason to place our employees, equipment and others at risk. Flooding and power outages are to be expected.

We will be accepting calls for Emergency Services ONLY. This means if you are unable to use your bathroom facilities, or have an interior uncontained water leak, and the water is unable to be shut off.

  • Clogged kitchen drains, tub drains, washing machines are NOT emergencies.
  • No hot water, is NOT an emergency.

All non-emergent calls will be scheduled for Friday or next week. We do hope that you understand.
We also hope that you and your families remain safe.

Our office will reopen at 8:00 AM on Friday August 9, 2024.
