Memorial Day 2025

Our office will be closed for the Memorial Day Holiday.

We are always closed on the weekend, only accepting emergency calls. But we will also be closed on Monday May 26th. During this time we will be taking EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. Please do not use the contact us form on the website as we will be out of the office and will not be closely monitoring our email inbox. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday May 27th.

If you have an emergency please call us at 704-857-1600 and leave a detailed message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

True emergencies consist of the following:
Main Sewer Line Back-up, resulting in you not being able to use your facilities.
A clogged toilet, but only if it is the only one in your home.
A bad water leak inside your home, which has resulted in your water being shut off.
No Hot Water, is NOT considered an emergency.
All other plumbing issues, may be an inconvenience, but are not an emergency.

Office Closed 2/20/2025

Our company is trying to be proactive, and keep our employees and family safe. Some scheduling changes will have to be made on Thursday February 20th due to inclement weather. Office Closed – January 22, 2025

We had a snowstorm in Rowan County and the surrounding area on Tuesday January 21, 2025.

Our office will be CLOSED today.

Limited Office Hours 1/10/2025

Our company is trying to be proactive, and keep our employees and family safe.
The National Weather Service is calling for a snowstorm to hit our region on Friday January 10, 2025.


In the case of inclement weather, the office will be operating remotely and possibly on limited hours.

Tuesday 12/24– Our office will be closing at 12 PM.

Wednesday 12/25 – Our office will be closed. The office will reopen at 8 AM Thursday 12/26.

Tuesday 12/31-Our office will be closing at 12 PM.

Wednesday 1/1/25 – Our office will be closed. The office will reopen at 8 AM Thursday 1/2/2025.

Thanksgiving 2024

Thanksgiving Holiday Hours 2024.
For the Thanksgiving holiday we will have short hours.
We will be open normal hours Monday and Tuesday, and then we will have short hours and be closed the holiday through the weekend.

Tropical Storm Debby Closing

Due to the onslaught of heavy rain that Tropical Storm Debby is bringing to our area, we are making the preemptive decision to close our office today Thursday August 8, 2024. We plan to do our part and stay off the roads in light of this torrential rain. No reason to place our employees, equipment and others at risk. Flooding and power outages are to be expected.

We will be accepting calls for Emergency Services ONLY. This means if you are unable to use your bathroom facilities, or have an interior uncontained water leak, and the water is unable to be shut off.

  • Clogged kitchen drains, tub drains, washing machines are NOT emergencies.
  • No hot water, is NOT an emergency.

All non-emergent calls will be scheduled for Friday or next week. We do hope that you understand.
We also hope that you and your families remain safe.

Our office will reopen at 8:00 AM on Friday August 9, 2024.

July 4th Hours

Our office will be closed on Thursday July 4th in observance of the holiday. We will be accepting EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. It’s a Dirty Job…

…And we’re here to do it.

Water line breaks can create quite a mess.
You are almost always going to get dirty to some extent, if not just flat out muddy. But our guys are up for the challenge and we do appreciate them.

This leak ended up being much more involved than we anticipated. We could have used to have equipment on hand. But our guys got right into it. And one of them even left literally covered in mud, and with a wet seat to boot.
