We are trying for a 2 hour delay today to allow our employees safe travels and to get a visual on the roads this morning, This will have our office opening at 10:00 AM.
If you are calling before we open, please call 704-857-1600, and select Option #2. We will return your call as soon as possible.
We need to remain closed Tuesday 2/3/2026 as well. Not enough melting happened yesterday to allow our trucks to safely traverse most side roads to be able to get to your homes and businesses. We apologize for this inconvenience and we will return to normal operations as soon as we are able.
While we wish we had better news, we need to announce that our office will be closed today . We had some phenomenal snowfall over the weekend. We should see a high of near 40° today and that should lead to significant melting. Prayers that this clears up the roadways. If you need to be on our schedule for tomorrow, please leave a message by calling 704-857-1600, and choosing option #2. PLEASE NOTE: Pressing #1 for an emergency, will not get you service today. It is unfortunate, but our trucks are grounded today and will not be on the roads.
We hope to open with delayed, if not normal hours tomorrow, Wednesday 2/4/2026. We will keep you updated if this decision changes.

Sometimes you just got to get your feet off the ground to get a drain blockage to clear.
Being on the roof is never anyone’s favorite way to clean a drain. But sometimes, you just have to tackle it that way. Of course there are folks with jobs that require them to be much higher up than we are in these photos. but we are also holding and running a vibrating 70lb cable machine to clean a sink drain.
Most of us would prefer to perform this task from the ground. 🙂
Call our office for all your plumbing and drain cleaning needs. 704-857-1600
Did you ever wonder what kinds of work our project guys do? They take on the jobs that no one else will do!
Did you know that our company repairs plumbing below your home’s slab foundation? We don’t usually take this route for water lines. As we re-route them up through walls and across ceilings. However, you can’t do that with a sewer line. Especially a gravity fed one.
The videos below show the work being done inside of a home to repair a sewer line that was broken due to the slab settling and roots invading the line. Enjoy seeing part of our work day!
Give us a call if we can help you out with your plumbing needs! 704-857-1600.
Our company is trying to be proactive, and keep our employees and family safe. The National Weather Service is calling for a snowstorm to hit our region on Friday January 10, 2025.

Some jobs, may have to wait until Monday or Tuesday next week. We will do our best to accommodate those in need as best we can, and handle any emergencies if at all possible. We will be checking messages regularly.
We appreciate your understanding. We hope that you and your families stay safe and warm. Please don’t travel unless you have to.

Water line breaks can create quite a mess. You are almost always going to get dirty to some extent, if not just flat out muddy. But our guys are up for the challenge and we do appreciate them.
This leak ended up being much more involved than we anticipated. We could have used to have equipment on hand. But our guys got right into it. And one of them even left literally covered in mud, and with a wet seat to boot.
